I always enjoy sessions when the mom and dad are excited to be in the photos with their new little bundle – and they usually seem to be my favorite photos from the session.

Now that my own children have grown, I cherish the photos of me holding them when they were so tiny.  And it is my hope that this little one’s parents will feel the same when she has grown…

I just wanted to take a minute and share a new session with you.  A few weeks ago, my husband and I were out for dinner and we met this beautiful mom-to-be who decided to book a maternity session.  The session was a blast. We were laughing so much, I didn’t think we’d get any serious poses.  :)  Fortunately, we stopped laughing long enough to get several beautiful shots for her……

I love it when I have an opportunity to spend the day with a sweet little newborn.    My husband gets so nervous after a good session like this because I go on and on about how cute and sweet this fresh newborn stage is.  Who could ask for a better job?  I get to hold all these sweet babies and then send them home with mom and dad.

So, if you get a free Saturday, take a trip to Chagrin Falls, you will be glad you did!

You all know I can’t do a post without sharing some photos.  Here are a couple of cuties I met last week.  With his patience and ease in front of the camera I’m sure you will be seeing more of him.   He was quite the little model….such flawless skin and gorgeous eyes!

This little guy loves to cuddle so we found a perfect spot for him to curl up and sleep for us.  He was so happy there.  I love this photo and the soft tones give it that perfect artistic touch.
