OK, so I know those of you who frequent my blog are thinking, “this isn’t her usual contemporary work.” Well, let me share with you a side of my photography that I’ve been keeping to myself.
I’ve always admired artistic people – those who can take a simple piece of paper and pencil and sketch a beautiful image from their mind, or pick up a paint brush and create a masterpiece. Though I wasn’t gifted with the ability to draw or paint, photos have become my paintings….my pieces of art, created through the view of my lens and a click of my shutter. I hope you enjoy them as much as I’ve enjoyed creating them.

This shot really represented our session well, these twins were a lot of fun….I think they liked my camera as much as I do! Summer is almost here, and things are busy – but I really wanted their mom to have a sneak peek at this one!
